- Cancel anytime, in one click. Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for.
- No partial-period refunds after the first 14 days. We don’t pro-rate unused time, but we never charge you again after you cancel.
Pricing & renewal
Snapi Pro is $7.99/month (or $4.99/month on the verified student plan). It is a recurring subscription that automatically renews each month at the same price until you cancel. We charge the card you provided through our payment processor, Stripe, at the start of each billing period, and email a receipt for every charge.
How to cancel
Open your dashboard → Manage subscription (or use the link in any billing email) to reach the Stripe billing portal, then click Cancel plan. Cancellation is immediate and self-serve — you don’t need to contact us. Your Pro features stay active until the end of the current paid period, then your account reverts to the Free tier. Your local memory (snips, notes, study cards) is unaffected and stays on your machine.
14-day money-back guarantee (first term only)
If you cancel within 14 days of your first Snapi Pro charge, email support@snapi.gg from your account email and we’ll refund that charge in full. This applies once, to your first paid term. Renewals after the first term aren’t covered by the money-back guarantee, but you can cancel at any time to prevent the next charge.
Refunds outside the guarantee
Outside the 14-day window we generally don’t issue refunds for time already elapsed or for unused portions of a billing period, because you can cancel at any time to stop future charges. We will, of course, refund a duplicate or clearly erroneous charge, and we’ll always look at genuine billing problems — email us.
Students (verified .edu plan)
The $4.99/month student price requires eligibility verification. If your eligibility ends or can’t be verified, your plan moves to the standard $7.99/month price at your next renewal — we’ll email you first. Past charges at the student rate are not refundable on that basis alone.
EU / UK / EEA customers — your right to withdraw
If you are a consumer in the EU, UK, or EEA, you have a statutory 14-day right to withdraw from your purchase, no reason required. Our 14-day money-back guarantee above meets or exceeds that right. To withdraw, email support@snapi.gg within 14 days of purchase.
Changes to this policy or to pricing
We may change Snapi Pro pricing or this policy for future billing periods. If we raise your price, we’ll give you advance notice by email before the new price applies, and you can cancel before it takes effect. We won’t change the price of a period you’ve already paid for.
